A baby girl was born to Mr and Mrs Arlis Clepper of Tomball at Height's hospital in Houston on October thirteenth at one a.m. The little lady was named Sandra Kay. Maternal grandparents are Mr and Mrs Leo West of Tomball. Paternal grand parents are Mr and Mrs O.M. Clepper of Tomball. Great grand mothers are Mrs Maggie Small and Mrs Willie Spell of Tomball.
